Do you carry Organic Cotton?
Because we change suppliers and bring in new products often, it's best to check the details right on the product page to determine if the fabric is Certified Organic.    

Some items say 'Natural Cotton' - what does that mean?
The products from Gilden Tree are made of "Natural Cotton" which is defoliant and chemical free.  Click on Natural Cotton to read more about what that means.  

Gilden Tree items are also Oeko-Tex Standard 100 Certified, which is a globally recognized testing and certification system that contains more than 100 texting parameters, which ensures that products are free of harmful substances.

Where can I find sizes on robes, wraps and towels?
Check the item to see if dimensions are included.  Towels generally have actual dimensions listed, and robes and wraps will have sizes right there on the product page.  Please note that each company's robe sizes vary, with some running very large.

Can I machine wash and dry the waffle weave items I buy from you?
Yes!  That's one of the requirements for an item to pass our Quality Test, so it can be sold on our site.  Most items can be washed in warm water and tumble dried on low heat.  Cotton Waffle Weave is meant to shrink and form honeycombs, so dry-cleaning (which some brands may recommend) really defeats the purpose. 

How long do the robes and wraps take to dry?
Because they're made of a flat weave, our waffle weave spa robes and wraps dry in about 20-25 minutes, with no lint.  Our velour wraps take about 20 minutes.  100% Cotton Velour robes take quite a bit longer and it depends on the heat and how many robes are in the dryer.  Normally expect about 40 minutes.

How much will robes and wraps shrink? 
It depends on the manufacturer, but generally robes which are a blend of cotton and polyester will shrink just a little over time - up to 5%. Robes which are 100% Cotton can shrink up to 15%.   Please review the product details for more information about the fabric content, and expect a significantly less shrinkage for items which are a blend than from those which are pure cotton. 

How much will waffle weave towels shrink?
Waffle weave towels are thin and very flat when brand new and made of 100% Cotton, so people often question how much they will shrink. After washing and drying, the towels shrink on average 12-15% overall so they are made over-sized to accommodate for shrinkage. The shrinkage is where the magic happens, because it is when the little honeycombs can form and allow the towels to become super absorbent.

Do you sell or share my personal information?
We never sell, rent or share your personal information with any third party. Occasionally, we may send you an offer for other products, but your contact information never leaves our secure server. 

How long will it take to get my order?
If you place an order before 1:00 CST on a regular business day, your order will either ship that day or the next business day, and should arrive within 3-7 business days.   (Orders received after 1:00 CST will be shipped the next regular business day.) Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Overseas Military can take longer than the average 3-7 business days.

For quicker shipping, select Priority Shipping.  Priority Shipping moves your order to the head of the line, and it will be shipped the same as above, but shipping should only take 2-3 business days. Sorry, there is no free priority shipping and cost is based on your order total. We do not offer Priority shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Overseas Military at this time. 

Can I track my order?
Yes.  We’ll email you when your order has shipped to let you know how you can track it.  If you lost that email, just e-mail [email protected] with your name and order number and we’ll resend your tracking information.
